> Preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Oak Bluffs and Martha's Vineyard to supporting cultural institutions, offering educational programs and fostering intergenerational dialogue and knowledge.  To empower and uplift the cultural identity of the island diaspora community through art, music and storytelling.  Provide residencies and performance opportunities for aspiring and emerging artists, as well as community builders and restorative historians.
